Makheni Motana - Motivational Speaker


Makheni Motana runs a soft skills training company that specialises in Organisational Development interventions.

She facilitates workshops, addresses local and international audiences, hosts local and international conferences as an MC of note and is an entertaining storyteller. She does talks on topics she facilitates workshops on such as Leadership, Diversity Competency and Culture Change.

Makheni contributes to business publications, consumer magazines as well as radio and TV programs.

She has repeatedly reinvented herself in both the public and private sectors from college lecturer to senior manager.

2004 / 2005: A weekly unscripted inspirational slot on SABC3.
2005:                 Rated as one of the top six speakers in the country.
