Digital DNA and The Beatles An alternative look at leadership and teamwork How did The Beatles work together as a team? How did their Digital DNA influence their work and music? How did that dynamic change when Yoko Ono came along? How does your team operate? How does each member’s Digital DNA influence their work? And how does that dynamic change from year to year, or with the advent of a new member? Each of us is born with a unique numerical blueprint which has a direct impact on how we see our world and interact with it and the people in it. It might be roughly compared with a barcode. But just how does this blueprint work? How does it influence us in the workplace, and in particular, how does it affect how each of us operates in our own teams? Every team leader in every workplace would like to get a “handle” on his or her team members, what their strengths and weaknesses are, and how to leverage each of their respective talents to the best advantage of the team as a whole. Lance Levinrad’s presentation, “Digital DNA and The Beatles” accomplishes this without impacting too dramatically on the budget with expensive, time-consuming and sometimes intrusive “personality profiles”, and gets the basics of this modality across to the whole team in just over an hour, whereafter it can fleshed out and expanded upon in a workshop format, if necessary. About the Presentation: Lance now brings this wealth of academic and life experience to the Professional Speaking circuit, with his ground-breaking presentation, “Digital DNA and The Beatles”. The focus of the presentation is to bring about self awareness of individuals, their similarities and differences and their interactive patterns in interpersonal relationships, specifically within their teams at work. Whilst being greatly entertaining and thought provoking, the presentation has been found to greatly increase productivity and enhance team relationships in the workplace. By utilizing a groundbreaking system called Diginamics, largely based on Richard Higgins’ work (Higgins co-authored the runaway bestseller, “The Human Pin Code” with mathematician Douglas Forbes), Lance brings about lasting change within any group. Using sacred geometry and birth dates, he presents the various personality types of individuals in the group - their areas of strength and challenge; their socialising styles; and the specific themes of the various life-path challenges that one has to face, and how all of this plays out in any team.
